Artcanon is a rapidly growing creative agency and startup specializing in artist representation and art activations.

We’re looking for a Production Assistant to join our team and help bring our next events and creative projects to life.​

 

 

The Basics​

​Location: In-person, St. Paul Square San Antonio, Texas
Type: Unpaid Internship (with growth opportunity to paid position, as either Production Assistant or Production Manager)
Duration: Project-based, 3-month term | flexible hours | event-based scheduling, Primarily First Fridays of the next 3 months. (i.e. November, December and January)

 

What You’ll Do​

  • Support the Artcanon team in event and production setup (lighting, sound, displays, logistics)

  • Assist with behind-the-scenes coordination during shoots, installations, and live events

  • Help with artist check-ins, guest management, and on-site communication

  • Capture and organize production materials (photos, videos, equipment lists, etc.)

  • Collaborate with the creative and social media teams to ensure smooth event flow

 

What You’ll Gain​

Who You Are​

  • Passionate about art, design, or creative production

  • Reliable, flexible, and ready to problem-solve on the fly

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on environments

  • Strong communicator and team player

  • (Bonus) Experience with cameras, lighting, or production software is a plus — but not required!
